This policy explains what information Stillwag collects when you visit stillwag and place an order, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details you enter at checkout: name, email, phone number and shipping address.
• Payment details, which are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To process payment, ship your order and send you order and tracking emails.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to complete your order: Stripe (payments), our fulfillment partner CJ Dropshipping and its shipping carriers (name, address and phone for delivery), and Vercel (website hosting). We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes, typically seven years.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@getstillwag.com. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their information and to not be discriminated against for using these rights.
